The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its ensuing regulations continue to be implemented. Most of the required changes for compliance must be implemented in full force by 2014. Surveys suggest that most organizations are likely to continue to provide health coverage and meet the design compliance. Strategic discussions between organizations that sponsor plans and their advisers will continue as this deadline draws ever closer.
rGa is regularly retained to perform on-going multiple actuarial tasks collectively. However, we are available to complete or provide consulting services for any single actuarial project.
